Medical malpractice cases are rather unusual in the fact they can be so dramatically different from one another in my past law experience – such as a case regarding a beautiful English woman and the damages done to her breasts by a plastic surgeon. The color photos I had of my client’s breasts simply did not do justice to her injury when the time for the trial finally came. As such, I requested permission from the trial judge to present the plaintiff naked to the jury. He conceded and allowed me to do so in his chambers. The jury remained standing as the woman presented herself to them topless.
